2. What data we collect
Through the enquiry form we process the data you voluntarily provide: name, organisation, email address, telephone, subject and message text. We also process technical information generated automatically by the server (e.g. IP address in the log files), to the extent necessary for the security and operation of the site.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We process the data in order to respond to your enquiry and to offer you equipment, financing or service (legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective and current clients), and to ensure the security of the site (legitimate interest).
4. Retention period
We store enquiry data for no longer than necessary for the relevant purpose — usually up to 24 months after the last correspondence — unless applicable law requires a different period. After that we delete or anonymise it.
5. Personal-data processors and recipients
For the site and the contact form to function, we use the following providers, which may process limited data on your behalf:
- Form-submission service (FormSubmit) — delivers the content of the submitted form to our email.
- Hosting provider — stores the site and the server log files.
- Google Maps — an embedded map of our address.
